How should my hair be prepared for my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Hair must be down, detangled, completely dry and no more than 1 day old.
Please wash, condition & fully detangle your hair & style as usual with the styling products you are currently using.
This allows us to see your natural curl pattern and helps us take into account each curls' spring factor when performing the dry cut.
Please make sure that your hair is completely dry before your appointment
time.
Please avoid the use of heavy butters and oils as they can alter your normal curl pattern,
Please do not come with your hair in a bun, ponytail, twist out, braids, clips, barrettes, etc.

I have had a curly cut before, do I still need a First Time Guest Appointment?

All guests that are new to me are scheduled a First Time Guest Appointment. This is a great way for me to get to know you, as well as your curls.

What is your cancelation policy?

Accepted Answer

I  ask that all cancelations be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. I understand things come up; however this is a business and I that you respect that. As a reminder if you do cancel with less then 24 hour notice,  you will be charged the full service price of your appointment.
